Welcome to the inaugural B.A.C.O.N. CON! This contest includes the pots listed below. Each pot will pay the top 5 places.
During contestant sign-up, we will provide a link to a page that will display the number of teams participating in
each pot, and how the pot translates to payout for 1st through 5th. This page will update automatically as teams
complete their registration and payment into each pot. Persons may refresh the page to confirm any updated information.
Once the contest begins, we'll provide a link to a page that will display hog weights for each pot as hogs are weighed,
along with the place for each team/weight. This page will update automatically as hogs are weighed, where any new hog
weight is added to the top 5 in any given pot.
The contest and weigh-in dates and times are shown in the table below. This contest runs continuously over the six weeks, but the contest is only active during the dates displayed. No hogs may be taken outside of the dates and times shown. If there is a question regarding the date and time one or more hogs were taken, we will review the available video evidence to be provided by the contestant in support of their kill time, and receive input from our forensic animal pathologist. The determination of our forensic animal pathologist will be final.
*If a contestant intends to weigh one or more hogs on a Monday, the contestant must send a text to the contest organizer before 11:59:59 on Sunday, to include image(s) of the hog(s) to be weighed. These hogs should clearly be marked with paint pen to aid in identification match at time of weigh-in.
